As a provider of digital marketing and media services, ALTA MEDIA PARTNERS LLC operates on a service-based business model. Refunds are generally prorated based on work completed at the time of the refund request.
We assess each refund request individually, taking into account the scope of work delivered, resources allocated, and the stage of project completion. Our goal is to ensure fairness for both our clients and our team.
Requests for refunds must be made in writing to benjamintrevizo@mediapartnersalta.com within 14 days of service initiation for eligible projects.
To request a refund, please include your project details, invoice number, and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days with a determination and next steps.
The following items and services are non-refundable once work has commenced:
Clients may terminate services per the terms outlined in their service agreement or contract. However, no refunds are provided for services already rendered at the time of termination.
Upon termination, clients will receive a final invoice detailing all work completed and any outstanding balances. We will provide all deliverables and reports generated up to the termination date.
